I placed an order online through their website for delivery service (cash) and there was a bit of problem with the delivery process which ended up costing me time and delaying my delivery by many hours. Thankfully, after talking to the head GM of both branches we were able to clear things up pretty efficiently which is much appreciated. Even though it ended up being a very frustrating first time buyer experience, I think their product selection and prices are very good. Unfortunately I'm writing this review after "inspecting" their products and I can't for the life of me remember the GM's name (lol). I probably shouldn't use names anyway because I feel like the customer service I received when they first called me from their Colfax location could use some adjustment, but the manager at the S. Harrison location was very friendly to speak with and she's honestly the reason this got 4 stars from me instead of a 1. – Nicholas R.
I had a fantastic experience at this dispensary, all thanks to Roland! From the moment I walked in, his friendly and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. He was charming, funny, and sported a great tie-dye shirt that just added to the positive vibe of the store. Roland was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my choices. The store itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a great variety of products. I highly recommend this dispensary for both the excellent customer service and the overall experience.
