Even though it’s tucked away, it’s easy to find. it’s also close to my house so it’s very convenient. The customer service from the front door to the counter was exceptional. And their products are fire, especially the pot pots. Lundyn was efficient fast and very friendly. I’ll definitely be a regular and tell my friends! – Janan Brooks
Great products and prices! All the staff are great and happy to help whenever you need it! I got a gram of wax and a cart for $30 idc what you think but that price is so good to me!!! Chelsey is fun to talk with and always has a smile whenever you go in. – Enrique Vizcaino
Lia has helped me twice and she gives excellent customer service! Along with being very pleasant and genuine! From now on I will request her even if it means I might have to wait a little longer. – Tina Smith
🚨🚨 PLEASE SHOP WHERE YOU WON'T GET STOLEN FROM!!!!!!!!!! 🚨🚨 I visited Ponderosa Dispensary on December 6th and paid $20 for an order that totaled $14.86. In the middle of the transaction, another budtender got distracted wanting to see my dog, and I never received my change—only $0.15. When I arrived at my next destination and realized the mistake, I called the dispensary. They reviewed the cameras and told me my change would be placed in the safe for my next visit. Fast forward to December 8th: I placed an online order, went in to pick it up, and asked for the change I was told would be waiting. The budtender brought the manager out, and she informed me they “re-reviewed” the cameras and claimed I paid with a $10 and $5 bill. I asked why no one contacted me with this updated information. I also had them print my receipt from December 6th—which clearly showed I paid with a $20 bill. After a long wait, another employee finally returned with the correct change, but the manager never came back out to acknowledge the mistake or apologize. The experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. Unfortunately, this visit was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of dispensaries in the Valley with better prices, better product, and far better customer service. – Rona L. Sims
The “Express” line should be renamed Express-ish. Oftentimes, the walk in queue will be non existent with the Express line several customers deep, meaning you would have saved time not pre-ordering. Today’s trip to Pondy was exceptionally poor. Pondy USED to be great with freebies or other deals they would give you if you spent a certain amount. In a screenshot from their website from tonight, they even have a disclaimer to add your free items at checkout. I thought maybe this was them trying to become more efficient, but color me surprised at how wrong I was. When checking out, the associate informed us they aren’t doing freebies anymore and said I could buy the previously free items at 50% off… no thanks. If I could find a screenshot, I might be able to speak to a manager and plead my case. Aside from her handling of the situation poorly, why advise customers to remember to add your free items if there are no free items to be had anymore? I have been going to Pondy for years but there are better options out there that don’t treat loyal customers the way they do. I miss the old Pondy. – Michael Traversino
