The staff reached out to me and I have updated my recommendation based on our conversation. The dispensary opened late due to a company event that morning causing the extreme rush, unfortunately the staff member who worked with me was still training and unable to have the trainer helping because of the rush. I expect in the future the factors of a late open, extreme traffic, new staff and lack of a trainer would be unlikely to happen again. Given the strange coinciding circumstances the day and time of my visit, this was likely a perfect storm anomaly. They clearly do want to improve in any issue and express they endeavor to serve the public thoroughly and efficiently. The next time I'm in town, I'll be giving them a chance for a second impression. Tentatively recommended at this time. Original Review: 1 STAR We tried to be understanding as we were told they opened late due to a staff party . But costing over 2 hours of time I didn't have to spare caused us to miss a reservation and the cost and quality wasn't anything special. Even when the staff was finally assisting me it was very rushed, and uninformative, seemingly inexperienced. The worst dispensary trip I've had. Maybe this day was an anomaly and all the issues collided to create a very poor first impression. Either way, not recommended. at the moment. – Chelsea

I'm still a virgin when it comes to weed , Anissa was patient , knowledgeable, and very helpful w explaining the products and their differences. She was Very personable and has a great attitude! I was pleasantly surprised!! Ive very seldomly gone back to a business based off of 1 person/ experience, tho I have to say I really hope that I get her next time too😜! It was real dumb for your female employee (Friday March 6th 9:52pm Transaction) to try and save your business 2.86 by not inputting my Veterans Discount because she gets jealous for a odd reason. I was a 94T in Fallujah Afghanistan, I have a feeling your employee (who thinks she looks like a Young Kirsten Dunst) is prejudice against young veterans like myself. Well 2008-2012 were the hardest 4 years of my life! So let's break out the Math, she saved you 2.86 but now she cost you about 650.00 per month because now I'm spending my money at Noble…. She just cost your company 7800.00 approximately per year because that's what I spend every year. Why give someone like that paychecks! – Arnold
