From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. They didn’t rush the process—they asked questions, explained the options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s not always easy to find staff that balance professionalism with a laid-back vibe, but they nailed it. You can tell they care about both the product and the customer experience. The store was clean, organized, and had a solid selection, but what really made the visit stand out was Austin and Juice going above and beyond. There are so many products to choose from with amazing prices it was really hard to decide what to buy, however, Heather was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and very kind in helping me figuring out what I wanted to buy and even what I didn't want to buy LOL. She told me about the great deals on the pre-rolls going on right now, so I thought why not I would try some after it's been years since I've smoked flour.
