This place is terrible… Went in yesterday and when I walked in the store was completely empty… I got checked in and just sat there for a min or so with no greeting what so ever once I got in the store. I could see the bud tender sitting at his desk in the room towards the back jus chilling not giving a F. I came in knowing what I wanted and was in a hurry. I came in for Paper Planes. 1st off they have the shatter scattered in like 2-3 different place All throughout the store. The same with the Live Resin Carts. They're literally placed in more than 3 different places throughout the store all scattered around everywhere with no order whatsoever! I was also LIED to about the debit card charges. I was told my total would be 33.00. So they round up to 35.00 Then he says oh its gonna be 38.00 even. I got my 2 dollars back but this bud tender must've been high or something. Because I checked my bank account just now and it charged me an extra 3.00! So for something that would've been 33.00 out the door cash I get to pay 39.00 instead. What a scam! Is the bud tender not aware of the math? or was he jus lying to me? I don't care I'm over this place and its shady tactics! Seems like a very unprofessional atmosphere in general and the way they stock stuff is confusing and annoying. I probably won't be back here for a long time…. Maybe check back in a year or so see if they've cleaned up their act! Too bad I literally live about 6mins walking distance. Avoid this place if you want REAL customer service and not just "Good Deals". Don't get me wrong I'm all in for more bang for my buck. But this place is a JOKE overall and I don't like being LIED to about the sur charges using my debit card either! – Matt
