I was really disappointed with my visit to Premier Earth. Despite hearing positive things, the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and provided little assistance in helping me choose products. The selection was also not as impressive as I expected, and the prices were quite high for what was offered. Overall, it felt like a poor experience, and I won’t be coming back. Premier Earth is the only place I shop because the quality is out of this world, the people are so warm and friendly and my dollar is valued. Love this place! It almost feels like walking into an Apple Store. Great products to choose from. Flower, drinks, pens, etc. They have it all! Good dispensary but absolutely atrocious check in system and less than desirable customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me, no one checked me in, and simultaneously 2 people walked in after me and were helped/checked in right away after I’d been standing there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Not gonna go off because I like this place both the location and selection are great but cmon it’s 2025 and there’s dispensaries around every corner. Maybe we just have a “take a number” type of system like a deli? Or make it so you check yourself in on a kiosk in the vestibule before going into the store? – QuantumLemons
