The young man at the front desk was very nice, but once I get inside, everything changed. the African-American man with the long dreads was not very helpful. He never look me in the eye, he spoke under his voice very softly like he didn’t even want to be there or he didn’t want me there. I honestly felt like he was treating me as if why are you here? This guy was just miserable and I almost walked out saying I don’t want the flower, but I took it. I remained polite. I was cordial the entire time and he was just well quite frankly a jerk there are too many dispensaries in the city of Boston to choose from And I don’t go to places where I’m not treated properly. Maybe he was just having a bad day we all do but you don’t take it out on the customers. I will not be coming back to your dispensary anytime soon and if I do come back in and see that man, I will walk out immediately and not purchase anything. I did not get his name because he would not speak. I could not get a receipt for my purchase. I guess he didn’t want me knowing his name. This was the single worst experience I’ve ever had in any dispensary or business in the city of Boston. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I won’t bother you anymore. Go someplace else people don’t put up with this. Yes he really upset me. Having trouble letting this one go because this guy was s Just miserable . The staff are super knowledgeable, very chill atmosphere. You accumulate points with your purchases after you sign up for rewards. They have a deli style counter and anything prepackaged you just about imagine. Great place, take your time with it at first it's a bit much to take in. But what an adult candy store !!!! great shopping experience with the self service kiosk and knowledgeable staff on hand to answer any question, they made our shopping experience as first timers great! we got 7 pre-rolls and a thc drink with 100 mg + lighter for ~$60. definitely will be coming back if we are in town again! – Lubna
