KJ is amazing. Always super nice, knowledgeable on fire products, knows what sales are going on and tries to save ya some cash. Their selection of products is fantastic and have some products that aren’t regularly sold at other dispensaries. Online pick up in drive through is always fast and friendly too. I came in recently and ran into an issue with my card not working properly, and what could’ve been a stressful, frustrating situation turned into something completely different thanks to them. Instead of brushing it off or making me feel uncomfortable, they went out of their way to help me out with patience, kindness, and a real sense of care. They handled everything smoothly and genuinely made me feel like family — not just another customer. You can tell they care about people, not just sales. I am never disappointed when I go to Proper. The staff is super knowledgeable and the quality is there! Products are fresh- store is clean. My only complaint- and it is not much of one- is that you have to drive through Taco Bell in order to get there. So I just budget for taco also. 😜 – ahodson4357

Wow, what a great staff! I had no idea that the chap I was working with had only been on staff for a couple of weeks. Hell, he saved me some money too.
