Had an incredibly poor experience. First one Iv ever had after years of good experiences. I purchased a Cart that was 20% emptier than typical. Not the first time it’s happened but they replaced it with a full one the one time it happened before. The manager Olivia, was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my attempt to have it replaced. She gave some incorrect excuse about new hardware and proceeded to look up my purchase history in an attempt to discredit how many items like this I have purchased. Told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn’t even check another box to see if it was filled the same. Iv had great interactions with all staff until now and it truly has me considering another dispensary. I’m stuck with the product unless I make a separate trip in to talk the GM. – Joey Kokan
Today was my third or fourth visit to Proper Cannabis in Warrenton. I placed an online order for in store pickup. When I arrived, I checked in as usual. There was a glitch in the system and it kicked me out of line. I brought it to the attention of the lady at the desk who checks you in. She had me back there within two minutes and was very polite. I was with Marissa P. who was also extremely polite. Furthermore, Marissa was also really cool to deal with in general. Although I displayed no sign of agitation or annoyance from having to wait a little longer, she went out of her way to take care of me and gave me a small incentive for the system glitch. Both ladies exhibited great service, attitudes, and provided a nice experience. – Curtis Taylor
The same thing as any other dispensaries. Overpriced. I noticed when they have a sale, they raise prices on their website products then apply the discount. It's normally not that bad but lately it is far from fair. Also I have had an issue with picking up orders after the App says it is ready, come get it. I was in line with one car ahead that was slow going. When I pulled up, they said too late. Not sure if I will be back. Probably not. The manager had an attitude! I was talking to myself with nobody else in the window when he went ballistic. Don't treat customers like that. Period! – Timegone Quick
This place is a joke. They don’t help the medical patients properly, the product is overpriced and the house brand is AWFUL. It does not have good terps and I’m pretty use they use heavy pesticides. There is never not 5-10 people sitting in the waiting room consistently. This is local to me and the only dispensary in my town, legit drive out of town to get help. The drive through only takes cash. Save time and money and go somewhere else. Medical patients deserve way better. Go somewhere they treat you like a patient and not just a number. – Jamie Krafft
Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me with my selections. These days can be rough on an old greybeard who grew up before the great Paraquat scare when usually only had two choices… Mexican or higher priced Columbian.
