I'm a frequent customer at Puff, along with my husband. All the staff members are always so kind, understanding and very fun!!. The vibe we feel when we walk into the building is always so welcoming, fun, kind and very chill. Everyone is also so knowledgable about the products and so helpful, especially when there have been computer errors that have not displayed our orders, etc!. We love walking in and everyone remembers who we are. VERY personable!!. I also want to give a specific shoutout to Lana who helped us at the checkout with our recent order. 1st time to Michigan dispensary & couldn't have asked for a better experience. Makenzie was freakn awesome! Spent half the money I was planning on and got over 4 times the amount of product I figured on getting. Love this place & will definitely be back – shawn shields
McKenzie is an AMAZING budtender who knows her stuff. Her knowledge of the products seem to always amaze me. Her smile and super bubbly personality make it a home run!
