I've been coming here since Colorado springs got rec and have had a good experience for the most part. All the bud tenders are very kind and helpful. I usually get next live resin which are always good, but today I was running low on funds so I looked at other brands that cost a little less. The. Bud tender showed a gram of decent looking golden colored wax/budder consistentcy called timberline extracts and said it was a sativa so I took it. I just got home and took it out and the gram I got is a white colored crc wax that is an indica dominant hybrid. I don't think the bud tender did a switch a roo on purpose but this was not what I was shown while shopping here. – David Powell

Poor customer service and condescending attitudes. Aside from the one clerk who is actually a really cool guy. The rest of the staff is super fake. They will sell you broken or malfunctioning gear (claim it is the best). Then when you go to report the issue. They'll play nice, then try to charge you for whatever the replacement is. 40% on a 33 dollar item. When what broke on me was a 50 dollar disposable that stopped working, after I barely used it… Screw that, you need to take better care of your customers. There are now plenty of options. Never again Update: you offered that and then at checkout said "alright, that will be 20 dollars. Does that work for you?" That's why I said "seriously.? Have a nice day" and walked out. What you say is policy and what you actually do. Don't line up, which is why you lost my business and have me actively telling people to avoid you guys. I didn't want a replacement for a product that broke and for the price, not worth it. I actually was requesting a cheaper replacement and you wanted money. Everyone gets that things break, it happens. But it is how a business handles it to make things right, that matters. This is just the trip that finally had me say enough. From the staff, which minus 2 of them. Terrible customer service skills, they lack any real sales ability or the ability to guide new customers. And there is one, everytime they spoke I just wanted to walk out. I dreaded having to deal with them. – Ben Trigg

Only been here a couple times but both times have been a great experience. Adam is awesome and friendly and so is the gentleman at the window. Great prices and speedy packing. Super close to my house so I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for my recreational stuff (: – Trené D
