If I could give this place lower than a 1 star, I would. I REALLY hate companies that falsely advertise and mislead customers. Purple Lotus has continuously emailed me with photos of this specific product being in sales they are holding but when I click the email and head to their website, the product is not included in the sale. So I text the company asking if they will honor it … and to their credit, they did the first time and told me that their marketing team would no longer use the incorrect product photo in their sales adverts. Months pass with them correctly advertising until I received an email this morning with a specific product being listed for sale again, I contacted the company and asked if they would again honor the sale photo THEIR team sent out and they said no because “it’s just a stock photo”. I was told that I was trying to take advantage of the company, and that there is no false advertising because the picture used is “just a color”. However the color specifically relates to a certain product and the email it’s self does show a picture of the product and its active ingredients which is THC/CBN. Get a better marketing team or honor the deals/sales YOU send out to loyal paying customers. – Macy
