Every staff member treats you like a friend and it’s so refreshing. These days people just aren’t really nice or smile anymore and here you’re greeted with a genuine smile. It makes a big difference. I usually get Hope and she’s always so cheerful and just an overall mood boost. She always PATIENTLY helps me figure out what I want/ what works best for me. First I wanna start off by saying huge shout out to this location! I had an issue with my order where it was listed for a different price than it actually was. The two gentleman that helped me out were very nice and understanding. Which I appreciate. Even bigger shout out to the manager Alexis!! She listened to my concerns even though I was a bit intense about the situation. Did what she could to really help make the situation right.
