I want to be clear that the people at this location are solid, and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer. _____________________ TL;DR – their system switch cleared my $75-$90 worth of points. I’ve been going to Quality Roots in Hamtramck for over a year now, and I’m loyal to that location for a reason. The service is always great, the staff knows their stuff, and the energy is always warm and welcoming. They even had Doechii on the speakers before she snagged that Grammy. So this review isn’t about the people because the folks at this location are incredible. It’s about the reward system. I had over 3,000 (maybe 2,500) points saved on my account. The setup is 1,000 points = $30, and I’d been stacking mine on purpose, for a time I really needed them. That time came, and the points were gone. That’s when I found out they’d switched systems and the update wiped out my rewards. – Nisha Greer
