I had a really disappointing experience at Ratio Cannabis. I came in during their posted business hours—lights were on, door was open—but the staff refused to sell me anything. No explanation, no courtesy, just a cold “we’re not serving right now.” If your hours are posted, customers should be able to rely on them. I made a trip out of my way and left empty-handed, feeling disrespected. Definitely reconsidering where I spend my money from now on. – Joshua Hide

I was nervous my very first time going in and was greeted like I was family. It made going in after that very smooth. I now order ahead online, and it makes it so much easier for me. Customer service is always exceptional. Online ordering is a breeze. I like the deals they offer.
