I'm in here probably once a week on average. They're pricing is competitive and unless its super busy, someone usually caters to your needs. They are always having events and give out stickers and stuff. Sometimes they run phenomenal deals as well. I think one time I bought a water pipe dirt cheap and I still have it. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful- it is hard to find service like that nowadays. I wouldn't bother searching elsewhere, Ravens Joint is the spot. – Joseph Kairis
Today was my first time visiting this dispensary. I had my ID ready when I walked in, but I wasn’t acknowledged at all. I saw a man behind the counter speaking to two other men, so I continued walking, assuming I should go to the register. Only then did he say he needed to check my ID. While he wasn’t rude, the lack of acknowledgment when I walked in was off-putting and made the experience feel unwelcoming. A simple greeting goes a long way, especially for first-time customers. After my ID was checked, I explained that it was my first visit and asked where I should go since I had already looked online. That’s when Danny assisted me — and he completely turned the experience around. Despite it being busy, Danny was patient, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to check in the back when the item I wanted wasn’t in stock. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the item I initially wanted, I made a purchase due to his excellent customer service. Danny truly deserves recognition. If it weren’t for his professionalism and positive energy, I likely wouldn’t consider returning. Customer acknowledgment matters, and his service made all the difference. – T.J
I stopped in today for the first time and was very happy with my experience. I already had an idea of what I wanted after viewing their website, and the employees here were very helpful in finding what I was looking for and answering additional questions. They gave me exactly what I asked for and did not try to upsell me. After experiences with other dispensaries in the area I appreciate it and this will be one of the reasons I will choose them over other spots in town in the future. I love this place so much! From the concept of Raven the dog being the star (as she should be), to the awesome products and the super nice employees, this dispensary has been my favorite CNY dispensary. You just feel welcome here the entire time. The prices are solid and the products have all been top quality for me. I think the thing I like the most though is they make me feel like I matter. In a world where we see more and more corporate greed and consumerism, I appreciate Raven’s Joint for keeping it 100% across the board.
