Didnt think it to be appropriate to take pic especially inside with signage reading to not use phones. The place was super clean and smelled delicious. There wasn't any long lines or extensive new customer process either. I was in and out. I would recommend this place for a 2nd and 3rd visit. – Never Underestimate Great Success (Ya Boi NUGS)

This is the first and last time I will ever step foot into this dump that's labeled as a dispensary. I'm leaving this review up on my wife's behalf because they treated her with such disrespect, especially with her being a medical patient. They talked to her in a condescending tone as if she was a child and didn't know what she was doing. Then on top of that, we were denied our 30% off discount for signing up under their rewards program, which by the way took an unnecessary 10-15 minutes to complete. This was completely unprofessionally pathetic, it's not like it's our first medical purchase so with that being said, we HIGHly recommend anyone make the drive to any rise dispensary. I recently realized I’ve been consistently overcharged at this store. Although I qualify for a 20% medical discount, I was repeatedly told by various staff that only the standard 10% Wednesday discount could be applied. This is false. Clara, and another male staff, were the only ones who ever applied the correct discount — the rest either misinformed me intentionally or lacked proper training. As a Black patron, this is especially disappointing. We all know how Black people have historically been mistreated in retail spaces, and in this industry. I truly believed this store stood for equity and fairness. That trust has been shaken. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all staff understand and honor the store’s policies. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for fair treatment, especially loyal ones. – Christyn Brown

Earlier this year, I posted about not receiving the full and accurate discounts on my purchases. I want to update that I have discovered I wasn’t receiving my reward credits as a loyal customer. The troubling part is that store management and clerks either could not or would not explain where my $10 credit was applied. I am generally understanding of technical glitches, but this situation feels deliberate, and as a Black woman, I take this very seriously. I’m not one to seek drama, but I must continue addressing these concerns until they are properly resolved. No one trying to get their medication should have to deal with such egregious treatment. – Christyn Brown
