came in for my regular goodies and J.J. helped me out with my pre-order! they were so kind and funny and I was in and out incredibly fast! thank you J.J. for your assistance and kindness! as for rise in general, they have been the only dispensary ive been to between hagerstown and Bethesda and the selection is fantastic. I cant speak to flower, but their edible and vape selection is great and they run sales often to make it more affordable! – Snow Flake
Second time here and had sandy! Awesome person/budtender overall! I recommend her for sure but especially if you knew and trying to figure out what you like and works for you! She will break everything down for you and explain it to you! She basically builds a profile for you! She is the only person I wanna see when I go there! Her name is Sandy, and I cannot speak highly enough of her patience, attention, and knowledge while helping me decide which products best suited my needs.
