I had a wonderful experience here. I ordered online and picked up. The process was seamless and enjoyable. The staff at check-in were friendly and quick , the atmosphere was a vibe, and the person that assisted my purchase was a pro. Friday was friendly, informative, and skilled. I asked about several products and Friday showed me multiple relevant options and gave great suggestions. I left with a beautiful new piece and will be back for one of their groovy grinders. Bought a vaporizer here today. I'm a long time (and as of today last time) customer at the Silver Spring Rise. I got it home and it wouldn't work or take a charge. So I brought it back for exchange, along with receipt, just twenty minutes after purchase. The product was taken out back and "tested." I was told that it was working and shown a photo of a light. The request for an exchange was declined. I then requested to return the product, since I didn't have any faith that it would work. I was told I couldn't return it either, and that my only choice was to walk away with it again and trust that, this time, it would work. I'm at home now and it's been plugged in for a while and still not working. The light turns on and off and it won't take a charge. I'd try to go back once again, but I was treated like a nuisance the last time, so I'll just take my business elsewhere. I encourage you to do the same. The scene in DC is getting better and then there's always the Rise in Bethesda. Don't risk your dollar here. (EDITED TWO WEEKS LATER: Emailing the manager who responded to this review was useless. One of the best dispensaries in the area, 10/10. & some of the best customer service in the area as well! They have a great selection of flower, edibles, carts, you name it! The staff is super friendly and doesn’t make you feel rushed and are super knowledgeable. When I was checking out I had a few questions about the different kinds of flower and the cashier, Anthony, answered all of my questions and more!! I’m still new to the whole scene and he helped me feel at ease and made sure what I was getting was exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 customer service from Anthony! I ended up getting some Indica and I got some of the best sleep of my life 😴. I can’t wait to come back and get some edibles! – Jordan Rico
