My wife and I have been loyal customers at Rise Cannabis for years, and it just keeps getting better! The staff is exceptional – special shoutout to Teresa, Shawn, and Andrew who consistently provide outstanding service. Everyone there is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The new store layout is fantastic – bright, spacious, and with more checkout counters that have significantly reduced wait times. Their product quality is excellent, especially their newer strain Velcroz (around 29% potency with a wonderful citrusy, herbal flavor and mild euphoria). Prices have become much more reasonable over time, about half what they were a couple years ago. Their loyalty program adds up nicely, and they offer great discounts for seniors and veterans. The frequent sales (20-40% off) are amazing – this year's 4/20 specials were really good! I appreciate their growing selection of strains while maintaining some favorites, plus they've kept the Leafline medical products around. While some accessories might be slightly pricier, the selection is solid. Every visit to Rise is genuinely enjoyable – even when busy, it's always one of the highlights of my errands.
