RISE Medical Cannabis Dispensary Mankato

I met Marne and Fuzzy today when I purchased my cannabis and I want to give them special accolades! This place is always fun! 🤩 The staff are excellent! They are knowledgeable and insightful and they give good advice on products! I love the attention I get when I come here and i highly recommend it! Extra Kudos to Marne as I was her first customer when she started, and she did so great and is so pleasant to talk to, and seeing her today again it was really cool 😎 to see how much more experience she had gained! When I met Chris she was so cool! She’s knowledgeable good with communication and a nice person, too! She put me in a good mood! I came back a few weeks later and met Shayla, Michael and Matt. They all helped me today. The customer service here is Top Notch! It’s enjoyable to come here! I really appreciated Matt, who I found out also works at Geek Squad, and helped me find the way to entering a Google Review! – Lulu Collis

Haven't had a good experience at rise in at least six months. They seem to have become completely focused on selling drugs to every tom, dick and harry off the street instead of focusing on legitimate medical cannabis patients. This medical cannabis patient is already feeling this and their rec sales haven't even begun. Also unorganized and unprepared as I was there for curbside this morning checked in waiting 15 minutes for them to come out and their card reader wouldn't work so I had to drive across town to get cash and go back, then checked back in waiting 5 – 10 minutes when another vehicle pulled in and then I watched them get service ahead of me while I ended up sitting out there for 25 minutes before I got my medicine. I may have to start driving up to green goods again service is much better. – Chris Neilsen

The RISE location here in Mankato, MN is a very great place to stop by if you are a Medical Patient, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Chris, one of the staff members that work there is ALWAYS so friendly and ALWAYS willing to help out with any questions you may have and she greets everyone that stops by with a big smile on her face welcoming you to the store. Everytime she sees me, she always takes time out of her day to ask me how I am doing and makes sure that I am doing well and found the products I am looking for. All around this is a wonderful, very welcoming environment. – Patrick Finnegan
