The lobby Person was the same way, I wish I could remember your name. RISE is fortunate to have team members/patient specialists who are compassionate and empathetic towards their patients.💚 4-19-25 This New Hope Rise has the BEST staff 🙂 Each time I step inside and walk away I’m just so impressed. I always leave with a smile. And let me just say there are days when these acts of kindness helps make the day go by better. Dr Sue it’s always a pleasure seeing you in the lobby or in the back room. I know I’m in good hands.❤️‍🩹 Emily thank you for always being so cheerful and caring. 😇 Dani you always make sure my order is complete, and checking to see if I have awards to apply to my purchase is always appreciated 🙏🏼 James thank you for taking the time to explain the Puffco products and now I’ve accumulated a few 👍🏼 The 40% off is awesome. Coming into rise was a great experience. I was kindly greeted by Emily, an associate that assured my order was almost ready. Within a minute I was called to the checkout counter by Berto. He made sure to double checked that my complicated order was correct; including all the sales and applying my rewards points. Another associate Zach was able to honor a mistake made on my online order. Great experience from start to finish. Welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
