During a busy Friday afternoon rush, Manny handled my medical check-in smoothly and kindly. At the counter, Mo went out of her way to double-check my order item-by-item and had it bagged/handed off perfectly. It’s impressive how fast, friendly, and accurate both she, Manny, and the shop were today. They made me feel valued and heard rather than just “pushed through” while still being efficient. Both this RISE and the Branford location have always been consistently reliable and affordable for medical patients so I’ll definitely be back often. Great selection too. Thanks, guys. I don’t usually write reviews. But the staff at this dispensary by far has the best hospitality. I just had to make sure to get there names for the recognition. Mo, Angel, and Javi were so unbelievably helpful. Gave me great recommendations, currently writing this off that Cherry Maui Wowie. And WOWIE IS THIS THING GOOD. Well, I have to tell you I am vey highly impressed by the look and feel and the shear tangible vibes Rise has. I’m a new customer to the entire dispensary industry so this was my second visit but first time here. And the cleanliness is unsurpassed, the friendliness of the staff in second to None. And it only took me just under 6 mins to open the door and then to leave. And I know more people feel this way because I went to put a tip in the tip jar and had some trouble getting two singles in. And they deserve it absolutely!! I have a lot of anxiety and just going to new places can cause anxiety that’s just a little more obvious than most people. I went in a tiny bit nervous and left completely calm. I’m sold. And the product I purchased was fresh and it smelt amazing. I can’t wait to go back. And the prices are absolutely reasonable I think. I walked in and went to read the menu off the ordering kiosk, and wasn’t sure what I wanted and was questionable on what was right for me. The store is set up in a way that doesn’t feel very pharmaceutical and it made the experience more comfortable. Brenda took her time explaining everything to me THOROUGHLY and was able to tell me what the benefits of the items I was interested in and recommending different strains based on my needs. She was very friendly and quite patient with me being new to the dispensary. Thank you! – Tony S
