Loveee the vibe here, I had an issue with one of my cartridges and they had a whole return plan lined up to help me out and follow the law at the same time. Upon returning to pick up my new one, Stephani just had the happiest smile on her face ready to help me out and gave me amazing recommendations on other products and Pete was quick to make sure i got help, he reviewed my video of the product and was very happy to help me replace it, I think I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with this return but it was a great experience and I was very appreciative with the time they took to help me out and make sure I got what I paid for. I have been a patient since the opening of Rise…now we can say years ago. Although not the flashiest and Naperdecor…but the cannibas selection and customer experience is great. I want to pay recognition to an associate by the name of Karl tonight. It was slow and I like to to share thoughts on flowers and product . We had a great chat. Both just had a chill chat and vibe. Rise has an amazing staff. I recently had to stop in avd the kiosk wouldn’t take my order. Graham was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and helped me get all my items. His knowledge is always on point. He is so pleasant and always makes you feel like you’re family not just another customer. Love this dispensary! I like the location being tucked away off the beaten path, provides a little privacy. They always have a good selection to chose from & run some very nice sale prices. They also have a great rewards program, points add up quickly & are used towards your purchase. But, the best part about going here is the staff. VERY friendly, welcoming & helpful. Jess & Hannah we're soooo helpful to me. I'm not very knowledgeable in this area, they both helped me make my selections, informed me of product options & gave me a better understanding of what I was buying. Thanks for the guidance! – T B
Always have wonderful staff interactions here but special shoutout to Liz O and Karl! Karl was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of manufacturing processes for vape cartridges and Liz was very pleasant and professional throughout the transaction.
