you know, as an avid cannabis user who has also worked and is currently in the customer service industry, I think I understand how tricky it can get interfacing with the public. and as a service provider who believes in the art of customer service, the kind of service I expect makes that even trickier. my first experience @ RISE was not a favorable one. I encountered a bud tender less than half my age (I’m 50 and have been smoking recreationally for over 30 years) trying to convince me of how my body responds to marijuana compounds, etc. and frankly. the interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, so I swore off RISE. but my neighbor who is a regular here recommended a brand, so I came back to give it a shot. when I came back, Steven rang me up and we made the connection that he was the one who assisted my neighbor. let me tell you that aside from the fact that you guys sell a product that works for my budget and my usage, the primary other reason that I come back to this is Steven. his vibe, his energy, his enthusiasm, his willingness to help and to be of service is unmatched in this modern 2026 landscape of customer service where you find less people care about the quality of service they offer. so Stephen is a gold mine! yes, I'm thankful that you guys carry the product that I like, but I also get super hype when I walk in and I see Stephen on the floor! so kudos to you, Steven for always being a consistently bright light when I walk into the spot. and it's not just me. my neighbor raves about your service (we spoke about it afterwards because he was aware of my previous RISE experience), and I see you do it for your other customers as well. so way to give excellent service, which is directly impacting repeat visits back to the company that you represent because you represent them so well. – Briggs Fox
I had my best ever dispensary experience at Rise Pasadena today! Tyler F. was beyond helpful and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He had an exceptional attitude and I could tell he cared about me and the products. He also has a killer smile that made me feel safe. He said he also worked in some of the NV Rises and I will definitely be visiting those when I am in that area! He is a great human. I have two dispensaries I go to. This is one of the ones I always go to. I order online so my order is always ready when I get there. I love how I'm practically in and out.
