Samantha helped me and she is fantastic. Samantha explained some things to me about how to keep my items fresh. She explained what I need for my lupus and other health issues. Samantha is very approachable and easy to open up to in order to discuss what is best for me. She is the best, and I will be looking for her to help me again. Aaron (Da Boss) and Fauna got me set right today. After not being charged for a week for a pick-up order, I did the right thing and called to let them know. Whomever I spoke to at that time, didn't tell Aaron, but did succeed in charging my card. No call of "Thanks!" or anything, and no I was not thanked when I called the first time. However, after bringing that up in a recent visit… and getting to meet Aaron, he WAS appreciative of it. And that's all I ask, just for a thanks. But… to be transparent, he did give me 15% off the next order (which I used today)… so that was appreciated. AND! Fauna informed me, as I purchased a vape that was a bit too far to one side of the spectrum (when it claimed to be the other), they would work it out with me… as I have to be quite picky with my heart issues on what I use. I greatly appreciate it. It feels more like "home" than a corporate business, and that warms my small-town Montanan heart. Thanks! – Josh Rath
I Came into this little shop met the nicest lady at the front counter, Miss Dee is her name. She's so sweet. And then, when I came in, I didn't know what I was doing and Miss Lorrie helped me out.
