Rocky Mountain Cannabis- Dispensary Santa Fe

I went in early in the morning and purchased two pre rolls. I did not check my receipt, and I should have. I have a medical card and she did not put it in the system, nor did she give me credit for it. I called, and they said they would honor my card and make it right. When I got there, they told me "I got a locals discount, Shouldn't that be enough?" I said, "so I either get a med card discount or a locals discount?" He just shrugged. He explained any questions I had thoroughly and asked for my likings that would help us find exactly what I wanted. menu shows things not there. I made an order and missed the email that they cancelled my order. So I wasted a trip. Now I see the product is still on the menu. I figure I should call to confirm, but I just let it ring over 20x twice while the shop is open, no voicemail. – Joey

I had 180 loyalty points on 4/15, then roughly two weeks later they were gone because the store "started using a new system for their POS." Like it isn't possible to carry that information over from the old system into your new system??? What a load of BS…. Rocky Mountain Cannabis doesn't want to be LOYAL to the consumers who frequent this spot, honoring previously earned/banked loyalty points? Ok. Fine. Never giving this spot any future business again.
