Used this a few times after moving to Boston and not having time to drive to the dispo. Drivers always kept the change they owed from my transaction without my knowledge, and when I brought this up after the 3rd time it happened and realized, all I was given was a discount for my order lol I figured I’d place one more order to use the discount and then stop. And (not) to my surprise, the driver tried making off with my change again. That is theft, that is illegal. I’m done using this service, congrats on losing a regular customer. – Samdeet Khan
