Staff are so friendly and laid back! Terrence helped me put my order together, and when I mentioned I had a cart melt into my vape battery he even took time to look at it and give me his opinion on if it was salvageable lol. Then while I was paying for my order, I guess he told another staff about my battery issue bc she (Ani?) asked if she could try and clean the wax off and took it back and returned it all clean and new! I know they don't repair gear as part of their services but that was above and beyond what I expected and I am so appreciative.
