Believe the reviews. Staff here are ignorant/arrogant, budtenders/cashiers don’t even greet you. You say thank you they don’t even say “You’re welcome”. The atmosphere feels tense, you also feel scrutinized and judged. These people need improved customer service friendliness and basic mannerisms. I’ll probably still be back because they have decent strains at a reasonable price however. Not the biggest deal. – Social
First time at this shop, the ID checker somewhat greeted me. The guy at the counter was terrible, I have no idea what he was saying. I said I placed an order, he took my money and on the the next, it wasn't busy! Too much money being spent to not have simple manners when dealing with people. Unless the strain is the greatest ever, I probably will not return here. I am big on customer service when spending money. – Bungee Dee
This location is by far my favorite dispensary in Roslindale. They consistently carry some of the highest-quality cannabis around, and the staff is always so kind, professional, and accommodating. I came in to purchase a birthday gift for my son, and they went out of their way to grab a special bag from the back just for the occasion.
