Good experience but disappointed with no recourse for sub-par product. Chrome Dome lacks trichomes. Dry vaping one good hit. With Chem 51 I would get 5 to 6 strong hits using the same dosage (LOBO caps). – Rick Nelson
I get quality products here. But ive noticed lately my products have been clogging alot i dont like that I am unable to return it for a different product if that same product is the one that I keep having problems with. Other than that, sometimes they have a good deal.And i'm able to get enough medicine to keep me to going for several months until the next deal. – T Chessmen
Check the dates of the product before buying! Their Farm Cut brand products are currently over 7 months old! Its also listed as "sale" but the price is the full price at other locations. I usually have good experience here but I've noticed older stuff being sold at full price. So make sure to check the dates before you buy. – Sheb Hucks
Since I’m new to dispensaries, I’ve decided to tour different ones. I needed to get something for a friend, so I researched websites of dispensaries close to Plymouth. Three came up in Placerville with good reviews. I picked Sacred Roots because they had tshirts. I was treated professionally and walked through some things that I’m still learning. I’ve had good service at most dispensaries but I’d say the Sacred Roots crew was top of my list so far. I ended up with a hoodie instead of a shirt. But I’m extremely pleased and will be back.
