I've been shopping here since they opened and have always found the prices and quality to be reasonable and the staff pretty friendly. Since being purchased by deezle there is less selection and prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Looking on the website now, my regular monthly purchase has gone up by $80 under the new ownership. The new owners of this store have changed the vibe and it's amazing. The staff is super helpful when wanting to try new products. They have added a few lines that I'm excited to try based on the recommendations of the staff. I get my pet tincture from here as well as product for myself. I miss when it was Sanctuary. The prices have gone up, the stock has gone down, and the new rewards system doesn't work. There was no communication that my previous reward points were going to disappear. The new rewards system is unreliable, hard for the employees to navigate, and offers a fraction of what the previous system did. The employees here are great but the rest of the experience has gone downhill since changing over to the new ownership. – Allison C

I have been doing business with Sanctuary Medicinal for YEARS! They were taken over/bought out by this Deezle Canabis company not too long ago, and all was well because I was still able to get what I was used to, a one-package oz for between $90-110. Now apparently they only sell 3.5’s for $24 or more! So you want me to pay over $100 for half of what I used to get for the same price? If you want to drive your customers to your competitors, you should have just closed instead of whatever this is. – Nick Thompson

Make sure you check what the sales associates are putting in your bag before you leave the store. I just went to pick up my order and the associate packed incorrect items in my bag. Of course, it is my responsibility to have checked the bag before I left the store but I expected I didn’t have to. Business runs on trust and this store has lost mine. Forever. Not only it was frustrating to open the bag when I got back home, but also the chat with this associate over the phone was equally annoying. His response was “Sorry, but all sales are final; you should have checked the order before leaving the store”. My experience was extremely disappointing at this establishment is an understatement. – Bhanu Jain
