I’ve been here multiple times, I actually stopped going to my main dispensary due to the fact that it’s a bit closer. 99% of the time I’ve been on my bike, I’ve always walked it in and and parked it on the side where there’s open space, I feel like y’all always have been bike friendly. Unfortunately today I was told that I could not park my bike inside, there is no place to lock up my bike out side and when I asked the receptionist I was told to park outside on the left and that there was a camera. I did not feel like it was safe seeing as how bike theft is such a big thing in Santa Cruz, I ended up leaving with out making a purchase and bikes up the street to another dispensary where after asking if it was ok to park my bike inside I was met with a smile and permission to park my bike inside as long as it was out of the way. I’ll gladly change my review to 5 starts if y’all could maybe put a bike lock station outside your dispensary or, even easier, if y’all can communicate with everyone and allow bike to be parked inside. – Ulises Arango

These young girls emphasized the word annoying that I used because I just bought this battery that’s why it’s annoying something new already has a defect. The customer service on defective items because it still works and the girl called it annoying clicking the button gets locked on a corner of my so called new stiizy battery and when you go to ask if you can exchange or fix that those girls have the worst snobby attitude. Wasting my money at this place and getting a snobby attitude like that is not it!! – Stefanie Esperanza
