We went out of our way to support Sapura even when the construction made it near impossible to navigate to but after experiencing such awful customer service this weekend, we will not be back. Our regular bud tenders have never been so incompetent or as disrespectful as the interaction we experienced this Sunday in the drive thru. I am not sure if this was a new employee but I can assure you it was a negative experience. As someone who is an HR professional, I would be extremely interested to know what customer service training Sapura has put in place for their employees. I would highly suggest revisiting your approach as the lack of accountability pushes your loyal customers away. – Maddi Renee
Gabe is always super helpful and easy to talk to. He takes the time to listen and never rushes the process, which I appreciate. Really cool place. The receptionist was really cute and helpful. For being outta place with no competitors, their prices are good, especially on flower 😉 Point system is good too.
