I really enjoy Serene Tree’s products! I had some trouble with one of their carts leaking but I think that’s due to preheating too much so take it easy, and you should be fine. I absolutely love their disposables, they’re sleek, small, zero clogging, no gunk, feel nice in your hand, and hits are very smooth but also very strong so be careful! Customer service helped me with my order when my cartridge was out of stock! They allowed me to change my order and they shipped it right away, and shipping wasn’t bad it only took a few days, I wish I was able to check to see if the items I want to order are out of stock before I order, but that’s the only small complaint I have! They were great until….they weren't!!! Placed order on Jan 1 didn't come after a week called/emailed…no response. Did this for 3 weeks. Finally they are there today. They responded to my email saying item has shipped". I asked for a refund and was quickly told "Cant…it has been shipped" even though it didn't ship until today. Disgusted!!! Customer service is garbage. Ive order from this company a number of times and this is that last time. I have an order that is "awaiting shipping" since the 19th. No one has reached out despite a number of emails and messages. Im disputing the charge with my bank because I have no clue what's going on with it. The products are good. I HAD good experiences with serene tree I don’t know what happened. I bought a vape pen and a cartridge only to have my pen broken and no cartridge (but still charged). The “support” email is a joke. I called twice and emailed only to get a response email saying they were sold out of the cartridge I bought but I could get something different. I was never made aware of this prior and again my money was taken. I’m hoping to get this resolved, either way I don’t see myself buying from this site again. It’s cheap for a reason. – Ahilia Foster
If it wasn't bad enough the website doesn't work, their customer service is complete garbage. My order sat for a week with no communication until I finally reached out only to be told that part of it was sold out and that there was some supposed communication that was made to me, not by phone like it should have been but by email, which I confirm never happened. Too many other places online that have the same type of selection, better prices and better customer service. – Tom Murry
