My cousin put me on to Sesh a few months ago and I’ve never looked back! I love Sesh and can’t stop recommending them. The best dispensary right in my area — what more can i ask for? They offer delivery which is a huge plus for me but they also have all of my fave brands and the staff is amazing (shout out to Alex!). Really impressed with the all the variety of products. As a birthday gift to myself I order gummies (Camino cherry flavor, watermelon and tangerine Rythm brands), a pre roll from Dogwalker brand. Really like the pre rolls from dog walker, had a hint of passion fruit, smooth smoke, and burn slowly but surely. The gummies were smooth, more of relaxing vibes. Helps if you have body aches. I recently picked up a variety of products from Seshnyc, and overall, I’m impressed! The Outranko Pineapple Express vape (hybrid) has a smooth, fruity flavor that’s perfect for a relaxing vibe. The Matter Watermelon Sour Gummy Bites are tasty and potent, with a nice sour kick—definitely a fun edible option (just a heads up, not a food product!). The Pink Ztarburst live resin disposable from To the Moon! offers a bold, sweet taste and strong effects, ideal for indica lovers. The Harmacoke Shot-Caller and Durban Poison pre-rolls are well-crafted, with the Shot-Caller delivering a robust high and Durban Poison providing a classic, uplifting experience. The CRU IG Fatboy Midnight Cookies pre-roll is a standout—smooth, indica-dominant, and packed with flavor. The staff was friendly, and the selection is diverse. Found this shop out of inconvenience…but it just might turn out to be a great discovery! I’ve had many plugs and don’t usually shop at dispensaries due to ( in my opinion ) overpriced products. However I was welcomed with open arms and recommended these pre rolls based on my interest after talking with the lady at the front. ( She told me her name but I forgot ) THATS EXACTLY how good these pre rolls were, they packed quite the punch! Perfect for quick buzz! The pre-game for stoners. – Mike Wazowski

**Updated Review** As someone who genuinely supports small businesses in the Bronx, I was initially excited about SeshNYC and had great experiences in the past. That loyalty is why I was so disappointed by my recent visit. To be fair, after posting my initial review, Phillip, the owner, manager, personally called me. He took the time to explain that the win-back email is intended to spark a conversation with returning customers, and he ensured that the refund and discount matter was addressed and taken care of that same day. I respect the follow-up and his professionalism. However, this updated review and 1-star rating still reflect the poor customer support I experienced during my visit. The issue wasn’t just the discount, it was the complete lack of communication and support from the in-store staff. There was no clear explanation of how the win-back program works until after the purchase, and the employee failed to create any engagement or even ask if I had received any promotional offers. What made the experience even more frustrating was the behavior of the manager on duty. Instead of calmly assisting, they appeared overwhelmed, juggling a phone call, watching the Yankees game, and trying to manage a growing in-store line, while making me feel like an inconvenience. I was even asked if I had enough funds to remake the purchase after being told I’d need to pay full price again, which was both embarrassing and insulting. The core issue here is not the discount, but the lack of training and customer care. The staff clearly didn’t know how to identify a win-back customer or handle a simple refund confidently.
