Shangri-La Dispensary

I'm up from Oklahoma for my sister's heart surgery. We have been here longer than expected but we are heading in the right direction❤️ BUT‼️ My vape finally gave up the ghost after being here a couple weeks. I was sad all day. But then I heard about you guys so I hurried up and got in an Uber😂 This is a really nice store and the budtenders were all so nice and seemed like they were all very happy to be working there! I imagine this would be a great place to be a budtender😁 The vape and the jay I purchased today were exactly what I was looking for. I won't say what hotel I'm staying at because I don't want to cause anyone any issues. But just know, whoever you are that is reading this review, the cleaning staff there HIGHLY recommended you all. 4 out of the 4 I asked for a recommendation said Shangri-La and you all did not disappoint! 😂 Thank you so much for a great shopping experience for my 1st time shopping at any dispo in Ohio. You all were lovely and your cannabis is amazing💯☺️💚 If I'm ever back in Cleveland you guys will be one of my first stops. – Ashley Chevalier

Staff was very friendly and I’m not really sure if this is typical here since I’m from St. Louis, but I went in tonight to get edibles and when I opened them the look/texture of the edibles was different than I expected. The taste was really off putting and the consistency was like a really sugary melted laffy taffy. I was so thrown off by the taste/texture that I decided to look at how old they were. They were tested on April 4th, 2025 and packaged on April 15th, 2025. That’s almost 11 months ago and I’m a tad disappointed the product I was given was so old and it took the bud tender over 5 minutes in the back to grab them. Not sure about the efficacy yet since I just ate some but I bought two bags and I’m not sure if I’ll eat the 2nd bag. EDIT: After looking at another one, I’ve come to realize that they are 100% melted, it’s so hard to even open them up. The second picture is proof. – Koy Range

This store has amazing deals! I stopped in during their Magic Hour, and Ody was my budtender- friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I got the best flower selection. Kenny checked me in and walked me through all the deals, and Matteo also made sure I got the best products. Thank you all for the great teamwork—much appreciated! – Kaye Amyrieth

10/10 experience. I went into the dispo not totally sure what I wanted and Matteo went above and beyond. I spent a good chunk of time asking about different products holding up his time and he kept running to the back to show me everything new they had that matched my interests — I must’ve sent him back there like 2–4 times 😭 Matteo was so nice and patient!! On top of that he made sure I got the best deals possible and spent a good chunk of time explaining to me what I would be feeling between different products and giving me advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and knows his stuff. Such a sick experience overall I will definitely be back. – rachel C
