Shangri-La Dispensary - Monroe West

Unfortunately Shang west won’t be getting my business anymore. I came in yesterday to try some new flower and the potency was posted as 34%…. The flower was only 27%, which is a big difference. I called the store to attempt to make a return and they said they couldn’t do anything for me… mind you my product is still unopened….so I’m out $30 now because their inventory specialist made a mistake. I’m really disappointed because the staff that I’ve interacted with has been very kind in the past, but I don’t want to give my business to somewhere that’s not going to make things right when they did something wrong. – Casey Damron

Katrina was ok. Maybe she was having a bad day but I felt rush. Not really much interaction outside of me paying for product and her showing me the door. I still tipped anyway, maybe she was having a bad day. Hopefully she is more pleasant if I ever have to interact with her again. 😔 – Yvonne Carruthers
