This place has some nerve. I have been almost exclusively shopping here for years, since they very first opened. As of recently, the pick-up orders have gotten longer and longer, but tonight takes the absolute cake. I placed a curbside pick-up order for 8-8:30, but got caught up with work, so I arrived around 8:50. The parking lot was empty besides the two employee cars in the back and it is FREEZING outside (hence curbside, the cold kills my joints), so I pulled up closer to the door so they didnt have to walk as far (with a nice tip in hand, at that). I wait and wait, see 3 people walk in and out in front of me, and finally decide to call at 8:59, knowing they're about to close. The gal answers at 9:00 on the dot and informs me that A. They didnt come out because I wasn't in the pick up spot (sorry, was trying to help?) and that inputting your vehicle info and indicating you've arrived online means zilch, B. That she didn't have someone there to run pick up orders (so then why accept them? And theres 2 cars??), and C. That they are now closed and I am unable to get my order, despite me repeating I'd been there waiting for 10 minutes, and indicating online what vehicle I was in? This was a display of pure laziness, nothing more. I have spent plenty of money here, just about every month without missing a beat, and referred many, many customers. Now none of us will be returning, all because an employee couldn't be bothered to do their (paid hourly) job. Congrats. – Mara Schrock

What a nightmare of a store design. Parking lot is too small and poorly designed for modern cars, making it hard to enter, park, and leave. Once you finally park, you have to walk around to the other side of the store because there is not an entrance anywhere close to the parking lot. Once you are in, good luck in the lobby. The entrance and exit doors are flip flopped causing confusion and congestion while you are trying to navigate your way into the store. Upon entering the actual store, you are greeted with an overwhelming feeling of nothingness. Where is everything? Am I in the right place? Almost nothing is visible to the naked eye. Walk up to the counter and I get handed an absolutely disgusting printer paper "menu" and get stared at by both employees. I ask for a suggestion, he obviously shows me their skymint branded product and nothing else. Its not like I could browse, the only things I can see are unmarked drawers and a crumpled up piece of paper. I buy their product because thats the only thing I can see, and leave. Leaving is just as hard as coming in, but with an extra bonus as you get hit in the face with the door closing chain on the way out (seriously, take a look at the door design and function). This could be the intentional design as mystery creates the illusion of quality. They may sell great products, but after the 3rd time getting smacked in the face by the door chain after being undersold, its just not for me. – Rich Taggett

The layout of the store is the best I've seen. They have walk up walking displays, it's organized accordingly, I like it because I can actually walk up and read the prices and selection( I have bad eyes). I also got first time customer deal, I got a cart for 4$. I highly recommend this place. And they open early I believe at 9 a.m. – Fred Rogers
