First time here… as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and a huge welcome from the sweet girl at the front. She informed me where to go and how the process works, and even made personal conversation, which made me feel totally welcomed and safe. As soon as I walked through the double doors, I was immediately greeted. Michael was absolutely incredible! He was informative, honest, and guided me along the way. Second time in a row I tried going there and not one person has been up front. Left a sign saying they were helping other customers, waited 8 minutes and no one greeted me or came to the front. Will not make the mistake of stopping there again. – robert Root
