Kyle helps me every time I come in and he is always such a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. I think he knows what I’m going to order before I even say it, although I get the same thing every time. I appreciate the personal touch of most employees remembering you and that they aren’t pushing you for sales, they genuinely care about finding what’s right for you. Overall I am very happy with the fantastic service I receive here on a regular basis and for the atmosphere being comfortable and approachable, I now exclusively shop here. It’s all very organized and you can tell they have well structured procedures because everything runs quickly and smoothly making everything super easy on the customers. I have never had a single issue or bad interaction here, it is always a great experience. Again, I get Kyle every time and I appreciate that it’s not always new faces and that you can walk in and immediately recognize the people who are always working there and they remember you- such a nice touch. Very happy with the service, atmosphere, the people, pricing, and the overall experience I have each and every time I go and appreciate that they consistently do all of these things well.
