Always got good deals here, and I've always appreciated them, but today I was missing an item in my bag right after I left the store. Manager had no interest in making it right. Mumbled that he'd give me a call "if it turned up". I've been seeing these guys for years. You wouldn't know it by their service ethics tho. Totally ruins the vibe for me. Makes me feel like they don't trust me, or that I can't trust them. Don't like either. He said they could account for their inventory, but how do I know I can trust them?? I always felt they were, but you can tell people's and businesses' true character in situations like this. You'll still get good deals on good weed, and it took years coming here before I had an issue, but they sure as hell didn't care once it came up. You can get the good deals on bomb weed in a place that sees the customer as more than a lick to score some cash off. Huge buzz kill. Recommend Cannabis and Glass instead. UPDATE: AFTER CONTACTING MANAGER A SECOND TIME, HE AGREED TO GIVE ME A CREDIT ON MY NEXT TRANSACTION (at least that's what I think he meant, he said that he'll "put a note" on my account that will "pop up" the next time I'm in the store.). While I do appreciate this, I am very unimpressed that this was not initially offered to me right off the bat. I think he wanted to see if I would just take the loss. I'll go back to get what I'm owed, but nothing more. I might hit them up in an emergency, because they are not a terrible store and have served me well in the past. This totally changes my personal relationship with the store though. Could be more disappointing overall. Could have been a worse resolution, but the thrill is gone. They definitely could have done better as well. Folks don't have a lot of money to play with these days, and I wish that they would respect that as a business. – Jackie Sandberg

Love Smokane and particularly the edible brands they carry–specifically June's gummies. Priced right and discounted on Sundays. Helpful friendly bud tenders who even called us back when out of stock items returned. Easy place to do business. A+ – D R Lewis
