Haven't been to this place in over six months and decided to return to a quick visit and least to say I won't be back. First, their website is a joke! Constantly freezing and and taking items out of my cart (even when I know it hadn't been sold out) displays wrong/false daily deals (or sometimes just doesn't show the deals at all) the check in guy is cool but the rest of the staff is just plain rude and aren't competent in the very least! The lady taking my order laughed at my name and what I wanted to purchase then proceeded to "encourage" me to purchase a more expensive item and when i said i didnt have the money she scoffs and walks away from me like what the heck who does that? So in short I won't be back and I'll continue to stick with Nirvana. – Alex Dawn

Sometimes they have good deals but why do the budtenders have to be so rude ? It’s not my fault customers before me may have upset you. Everytime I come here with an online order they can never find me , no other dispensary has trouble finding my order just this one. The guy who helped me tonight gave no eye contact , barely spoke loud enough for me to hear , like these are the type of bud tenders you’re hiring ? – Victoria Molina

Stunning … how amazingly better a place can be than all the others … without going into all the detail it deserves, simply put ALL dispensaries should be run like Sol South! 5 Stars all around. Every person you speak with is so well versed in all aspects of MJ it's a pleasure to visit this place. I live way out in Vail, and pass many other dispensaries to buy from Sol South. – S Priske

I purchased shatter from the valencia location in tucson on around february 12th around 10:00 p.m durning the sale. Within days the Uncle x shatter turned gummy. This was a third product I bought from them that did this. I was assured my last purchase that this was a new batch and wouldn't be an issue. I called and spoke with team leader Gaby He told me that I simply wasn't storing it correctly. When I advise him that I could take him a jukebox Shatter, that was purchased before this on january 22nd That was stored in the exact same way and did not have the same effects. He dismissed me and told me there was nothing he could do. I advise him that I was worried that the shatter may contain butane , and that I had developed a cough that is regularly associated with butane poisoning. When shatter isnt cured correctly and still contains too much liquid It will become gummy and may contain high levels of butane. Again , shift leader, Gaby told me there was nothing he could do. When I told him about sol flowers corporate I asked to speak to his manager and store manager kaitlyn came on the phone. She echoed his assertions that there was NOTHING sol flower could do. Store manager Katlyn told me she didn't have to spell her name and hung up. With what I though was no further recourse through Sol Flower I contacted the Arizona Department of Health that regulated RMJ in Arizona, I was transfered to make a second complaint with Poision control whom, advised me to get chest xrays ASAP. I then made a complaint with the BBB as the product exceeded $100 and now sol flower knows they are sell a bad product and refusing to take action. And because I believe product PAPMEXT20260 was sold as shatter but is clearly sugar put into a wax paper and sold as shatter. Eventually in an effort to contact corporate I called 4 other locations. I was told by all 3 in Tucson that they recieve complaints daily about the valencia store and about Store Manager Katlyn and Team leader Gaby. I was told by another manager for me to bring in the products and they would make it right and report it to your internal product control system. And she would remove the shatter for her shelfs. 🙄 I wonder why 3 different store had a different policy then the Sol flower location? Is it that Katlyn and Gaby don't take customers Health serious well selling a controlled product? Or is it that they don't respect or understand Sol flowers legal liability in the product you're selling? Either way they are both dangerous to the Health of customers. I have made a doctors appointment for Friday for the Lingering cough my husband and I have both had since using this product. And will be going to the department of health to turn in all 4 bad products for testing. I will advise PPL NOT TO BUY UNCLE X SHATTER OR GO TO THE VALENCIA STORE UNTIL CORPORATE TAKES THIS SERIOUS. If this is how they treat a potential poisoning victim then they don't really care. I will continue to bring this to the highest levels until it is resolved. Furthermore, Since Katilyn and Gaby took lead there last year The over all vibe and quality of the store has diminished significantly. Regularly her own employees will tell you what a terrible manager she is. And since she took over the turn around in the store is so high. It's been this way since August. If corporate would take the time to listen to the 8:48 a.m call to the valencia location today 02/19/2026 they will hear with thier own ears. If that same corporate person called all the other locations in Tucson those employees would tell you about all the complaints. I spoke with 6 different employees 2 in a Phoenix location AND EVEN THEY HAD HEARD OF KATILYN. Her poor management skills are making a bad name for you.
