I stopped in here at solace weatridge on 07/03/25 . I was aggressively and inappropriately greeted by an older employee I think her name was Beverly and as I was getting checked she tried to give me a koozie and a goodie bag with stuff for flower. I don't even smokeee flower! I just eat edibles! I said it multiple times! I was then called up by the bud tender I think her name was Kaitlyn she was very helpful and knowledgeable! she taught me about the rewards program and taught me how it works also got me signed up. I love that im able to use them when I get 100. SOME ADVICE FOR THE COMPANY: you guys should really teach your older employees at the door manners. not to be pushy and recognize when a regular comes in. I have autism and that genuinely freaked me out. if it wasn't for the kind bud tenders I would have left and never returned. – lillian smith
Solace Meds is are go to dispensary. Fast friendly and knowledgeable staff; always looking out for customers best interests. This past visit to Solace Meds, John our sales associate was outstanding for us when we showed up for the St Patrick’s Day sale today. He was so upbeat, easy going, and very helpful. Solace is literally the one and only place I'll go for my Meds, mostly because of my favorite Budtender Daylynn. She is such a joy every time I go in. She's also very knowledgeable of what works best and what doesn't for certain ailments. – Jewelsette Martinez
