Overall amazing cannabis dispensary and the normal employees that have been there. Only flaw new employee did not know what he was doing. i have ordered here in the past. i have purchased big orders closer to closing time. last time i was accommodated close to their closing time and they still put my order out for delivery that night. i spent 40 frustrating minutes trying to place an order online because my dutchie account would not link for some reason. when i called i was initially told to place my order so i could get it tonight when i called back i was told i was too late for the delivery tonight. i explained i placed an expensive order, i had already called about this order and was having difficulty. they were able to place my order for delivery tonight. i am disabled and have been in the hospital. i appreciate their willingness to work with me and deliver my order tonight despite it being placed about ten minutes past the cut off for delivery. their store is clean, their products are top notch and usually their employees are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. i haven’t been well and am looking forward to feeling better soon. i appreciate their customer service. i was willing to cancel my order and go elsewhere if they could not honor delivery tonight. as someone who spent a lot of money and missed it by 10 minutes i think it would have been a bad business decision to deny me delivery. i will continue to shop here and give them my business because they do accommodate me and go the extra mile. – Amy Witonsky

recommended. professional service that’s pretty quick and courteous. took about 10 mins. customers ahead of me but dealt with quickly. u order with one employee and then another retrieves it and sells it to u about 5 mins later. bring ID and cash. $38 for one large disposable pen. afterwards, carefully cross the street and get a glimpse of the surprisingly attractive downtown albany skyline. – NoahJon Marshall
