Terrell was super friendly and Extremely patient with me, not a sign of rush even after I had chosen product then discovered they had a "HOT BoX" with extra 10% off what's in there, and took the time to answer ALL of my questions, even quoting to me with a phrase I raised my kids on, " only dumb question is the one ya didn't ask" that quote was like the universe adding it's 5* approval as well. ❤️ loved their selections, many of them at many reasonable price points. staff is always really nice and bud is generally good quality. went in today and asked for a recommendation of best bang for the buck for quality/quantity. Bud tender brought out one tub of mac cherry breath and I took his recommendation without inspecting as much as should have because when I got home and looked at the bud and smoked it it was pretty bad quality and questionably expired/starting to get a little mildew or moldy. I smoke a lot of popcorn and this ounce is probably going in the trash because it tastes straight up bad. probably on me for not asking to check out other bud and taking the recommended that they are probably trying to get rid of asap. Always had good experiences here before this and can't be too upset because it was bought with my membership points. just disappointed with the quality this time around, next time I'll need to be more careful inspecting the bud! Very friendly atmosphere! Workers are happy to answer questions and are very cheerful! Omari is typically the bud tender I get and every time he is very informative and helpful not only with product knowledge but also personable and friendly! This was my second visit and I'm very impressed by the quality and variety available for great prices. I feel like dispos that also have rec neglect the med side often (*cough native roots cough*), so I love that it's only for medical. The online menu is easy to use and search. The staff is kind and helpful. Terrell was my bud tender today and he was very helpful and kind! I'm still getting used to all the product available but he was patient with my questions and he had great recommendations. I became a member even though it's a bit far from me because they're worth the drive, highly recommend! – Monica S
