Been there a few times and thought it was pretty great, but today I got a defective cartridge and when I took it back for return I was told that they do not accept returns for opened products – despite having been told on every visit, including the one today, that they will exchange defective products as long as they were returned promptly without much usage. Neither me or my partner will be visiting again, very disappointing to see such shady business practices. – Zoë Mershawn
