Had a good experience the first time I'd been here but I didn't realize the joints were much smaller than the place I normally go which is crazy because they're more expensive! The 2 joints on the left in the picture with 5 are from here, small and not even both the same size as you can see in the second picture, and the other 3 (also got 2 more) are much bigger and 5 at the other place I go to were $20 and these 2 smaller joints here were $20! – Jessica Carlson

From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. I rarely write reviews unless the experience is truly memorable, and this one absolutely was. Nick & Lars were super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with me, even though I’m a picky shopper. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I also received a great new-member discount, a 710 Labs lanyard, some stickers, and he even showed me a cool trick for keeping my cards easily accessible from my wallet. I left genuinely impressed.
