I have good experiences with all the staff at this location. They are always so helpful, kind, generous and they really know their regulars. I went in yesterday and Kevin helped me pick out a product I am not familiar with. Shout out to Kevin!! What you suggested is working great! – Lynn Gallegos

I love going to the Pueblo Southside Starbuds. I always get great customer service from everyone. But, Kevin is my favorite budtender there. He is always telling me about SB great deals and has the best customer service skills. I enjoy seeing him when I go in. – Crystal Carter

I build my points up to 500 so I am able to get the hat or tshirts and this is the fourth time now supposedly they don't have the product and they say they got us the next time and don't when we ask they don't have they don't the product. Then they say oh I will give you a deal and give me $5 dollars off and I spend $200 plus every time I go there which is every other week. They don't help or give discounts or anything. It's not about the dollar, it's about the principal of owning up to what they owe us. Like they have a bunch of shirts and shorts and pants and all kinds of stuff but won't do nothing. And now when I go in there the guy that normally serves me in which I was not upset or mad at or said anything to (it was my husband because he was owed the product) because I just let go of the fact I'll never receive the 3 t shirts or hat I am owed and he makes remarks or is super rude and mean. And so I will take my business literally elsewhere. I have been nothing but nice and this place has a trashy night dude with tattoos who thinks he is better than everyone because he has tattoos and drives crappy car. The manager has no means to contact us because he knows his employees messed up because they wrote my information down and my husbands each time they owed us and said the owner would contact us. NOTHING. GO TO PUEBLO WEST STARBUDS THEY HAVE CHEAPER PRODUCT AND WAY COOLER PEEPS THERE!!.AND THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS AND WONT LET YOU WALK Out EMPTY HANDED!! OR CANNABIS DEPOT BY MCCULLOCH BLVD!!! – CH

Author is pocking my change. It’s happened too many times where I have to have my husband with me to make sure we get the correct change back. Scamming for tips is ridiculous! I have no problem tipping and so often but he’s stealing! Please look into this. – Kristen

Had Tammy today, she was amazing along with amazing product. Tammy made it a rememberable experience with knowledge of product and level of detail to get you in the right direction for what you’re looking for!
