They act like an illegal pot shop more than ratio store. Leave old adds up on the website then tell the customer oh well we don’t care. When I got to the store they said it’s cooperate fault I pointed out all the flyers they left up in the store and asked if cooperate comes into take them down lol. They didn’t care. Literally having people drive 49 minutes because they are lazy. 10 empoyeees standing around and a manager can’t tell them check flyers. Especially on the 1st of a month. Cooperate lets them make excuses instead of holding this poor manger accountable. – Michael Kelley
If I could give zero stars I would. I was never told about the return policy. I buy in bulk and was unaware that they had to be tested before the return policy. I emailed the email they gave me twice. They were suppose to get back to me after 48 hours and they never did. I sent a second email and even called them. I wasted my gas, time, and energy into to getting a replacement for the defective pod THEY sold me. Mind you I am autistic and this is just a real inconvenience and extremely unprofessional on their part on how they treat their disabled customers. – Tiffany Autumn
